Q - Where can I check the status of my order?
Order status will be updated in "Order" tab under your account. After order is shipped, order status will be changed from "Created" to "Shipped" and tracking number will be provided.
Q - What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost to WM is RM7 and EM is RM12.
Free shipping for orders above RM100 (WM) / RM200 (EM).
Q - When will my Semi Sweet order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Saturday, not including holidays.
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. Tracking information will be updated in "Order" tab under your account as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take 1-3 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. During peak period, please expect to receive your package in 5-7 working days.
Q - I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via [email protected]. We can give you the inside info.
Q - How do I place a return or exchange?
In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, short expiry/expired item, received wrong item), please reach out to [email protected] with your order details and pictures of the product you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Q - What’s your return policy?
We only accept return if the product is defective or a wrong item. Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Q - What will I get back after returning the items?
A refund to your bank account within 14 working days.
You would have to bear the shipping fee for shipping the item back to us during the return process, we will then refund a maximum of RM5.00 for your return shipping charges to your bank account.
